So it's been about a month and I've cut back my aspartame intake to virtually none. I don't know if it's really healthy, or one of those crackpot things you hear about on the internet, but I figure I might as well put fewer chemicals into my system.
Also, because I gave up sugared drinks years back ( my dentist informed me that I had the teeth of a 70 year old) I have been drinking a lot of water. Any better ideas? I'm just so bored of water.
